Terms of Service

DrawPilot lets you create giveaway campaigns, add participants (by hand, from a spreadsheet, or from comments on a Facebook Page you manage), run an animated random draw, and keep a record of winners.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at once at hello@drawpilot.app if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

DrawPilot is a tool. You, the organiser, are solely responsible for your giveaways, including:

• writing and publishing the giveaway rules, eligibility and prizes;
• following all laws that apply to you and your participants, including laws on promotions, contests, lotteries, gambling and consumer protection;
• following the rules of any platform you run the giveaway on — for Facebook, that includes Meta’s Promotions Guidelines (for example, a promotion must not be presented as sponsored or endorsed by Facebook);
• having the right to use participants’ information and telling them how it will be used;
• contacting winners and delivering prizes.

DrawPilot is not a party to any giveaway and is not responsible for prizes, disputes between organisers and participants, or the outcome of any promotion.

You agree not to:

• use DrawPilot for gambling, paid lotteries or any illegal activity;
• upload information you don’t have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing;
• try to manipulate draw results, access other people’s data, probe or break the security of the service, or overload it;
• scrape, resell or copy the service, or use it to send spam;
• misuse data imported from Facebook, or use it for anything other than running your own giveaway.

Winners are chosen using a cryptographically secure random number generator with unbiased selection, and each winner is chosen before the animation begins. DrawPilot is designed for everyday giveaways. It is not independently audited or certified, so draws that require a legally certified or independently verifiable process should use a service that provides one.

The Facebook importer works through Meta’s official API with your permission and is subject to Meta’s terms and availability. Meta may limit or change what data is available (for example, commenter names), and we can’t guarantee the importer will always work. DrawPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.

You keep ownership of everything you add to DrawPilot. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

The DrawPilot name, logo, design and software belong to the operator. These terms don’t give you any rights to them other than using the service.

DrawPilot is currently free during early access. We may add paid plans in the future; we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money, and you will never be charged without agreeing first. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

You can stop using DrawPilot and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will give notice so you can export your data first.

DrawPilot is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Please export important results.

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for any claim related to a giveaway you run. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero while the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover the operator against claims, losses and costs arising from your giveaways, your content, or your breach of these terms or of the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use DrawPilot after a change means you accept the new terms.
