Data Deletion

When you remove DrawPilot in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → DrawPilot → Remove) and choose to delete your activity, Facebook notifies us automatically. We then delete:

• your Facebook connection and the encrypted Page access tokens we stored;
• any participants that were imported from Facebook with your Facebook ID.

You will receive a confirmation code you can use to check on the request.

• To disconnect Facebook only: open a campaign → Participants → Import from Facebook → Disconnect.
• To delete everything: go to Account settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, campaigns, participants, winners, uploaded photos and Facebook connections. It cannot be undone.

Your name was added by the organiser of that giveaway. You can ask them to remove you, or email us at hello@drawpilot.app with the giveaway name, the organiser’s Page or name, and the name you entered with. We will delete the matching records or pass your request to the organiser, and confirm by email.
